Lemon Myrtle, native to Australia, has a history of use in Aboriginal plant traditions, with some accounts describing its fragrant leaves being crushed and inhaled for comfort and headaches. Its bright, uplifting citrus aroma also holds personal meaning for us, honouring a land we briefly called home and the cherished family connections we continue to hold there.

Place one shower steamer on the shower floor, away from the direct stream of water, where occasional splashes can gently activate the plant medicine botanicals. Allow the warm shower to release its refreshing evergreen and mint aromas. Take slow, comfortable breaths of the surrounding air and enjoy a moment of renewal.
Caution: For shower use. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if skin or respiratory irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Use caution on slippery surfaces.
