Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or partially used products; or products purchased in error.

S'ólh Téméxw Botanicals takes great care in packaging and preparing orders for shipment. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package using our contact form and include photographs of the product(s), packaging, and shipping box.

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion, and on a case-by-case basis.

S'ólh Téméxw Botanicals is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, scent, and appearance may occur between batches. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.
